How far do you go too cater?   We work locally in Co. Bluffs area, but do leave the metro at times. (charging a mileage travel fee.)

Do you give discounts?     We work with some worthy group fund raisers. & Graduations (keep in mind we don't have deep pocket either)

Do you require a deposit ?     On larger party groups we do ask for a 20% to 30% down to hold the date & order some of the supplies needed.

Can we get more then 1 or 2 meats?   You can but we don't recommend it people want too taste everything & like a buffet take more than they will eat.

NO. of people you can serve?     We serve buffet style this is BBQ & we have prepared for 700 people.                                                      

How soon do I need too book a party?  If you look at our calendar, I think you will agree earlier the better!

What is the shortest notice you need?    For smaller events 3 days depending on the menu & if date is open. Some items are ordered 3 weeks ahead for date needed!

What size group will you work with?  We have in the past smoked just for 1 family or a complete block party to 500 people!

          We're a full service catering service small or large groups welcome.                     
          We can serve your large and small Smoked BBQ event needs.
